Hello. I am an economist at the Global Development Network (GDN), where I lead research for the Inclusivity Measurement Programme within GDN's Inclusive Digital Transformation Hub, which houses the network's work on Digital Public Infrastructure. The role combines research with grantmaking: I helped design the programme's call for national research teams, select the five country teams it funds, and now guide their survey work.
I hold a PhD in Economics (summa cum laude, 2026) from the Geneva Graduate Institute. My research spans digital economics, artificial intelligence and development, migration, public finance, health, and household behaviour in developing countries. With the Nayaneethi Policy Collective in Kerala I work on impact measurement and on the reliability of AI tools for health decision-making. I am a research fellow at the International Institute of Migration and Development, and I hold a Master in Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Delhi.
